Drew Women's Flare All-Day Comfort Walking Shoes with Added Depth - Lightweight Supportive Footwear for Walking, Travel & Everyday Wear

I’ve bought at least two pairs of shoes in the past from Drew and have been very happy with the comfort, especially considering my problem feet.This last pair was equally comfortable, but fell apart within 3 months.I do a lot of city walking, but am otherwise not particularly hard on the shoes.I’ve never had this happen before with footwear. The polish on the toe of the shoes started flaking almost immediately and the bottom layer of one of the pairs became unglued when I put the shoes in the washer and dryer.These shoes were pricey. I don’t mind spending the money if they’re well made, but these were not.I love these shoes. My feet swell a lot from time to time and these shoes are able to accommodate the times that they are swollen as well as the good days when they are not. I also love that they look like normal tennis shoes and not the ugly diabetic shoes, which makes me feel normal. They are also very comfortable and with the insoles being removable I can easily add my orthotics when needed and my feet still fit the shoe. The great thing about these shoes is the shoe laces are long enough no matter if my feet are swollen or not, YAY.I have difficult sizing and Drew brand fits my need. This is my second time purchase Drews, the first pair lasted over 5 years. Durable well made shoes. Inserts that you can remove to allow a deeper depth or for your own inserts. Highly recommend.My feet are wide and my toes get pinched in other shoes but not these. They are truly wide enough and the only shoes that I can wear. Before I found these shoes I had sore toes all the time and had to limit my walking because of pain. I wasted a lot of money buying other shoes that I ended up not being able to wear. This is my second pair but the first pair lasted quite a long time. About 2 years or maybe a little more.THE DREW FLARE IS A VERY NICE SHOE. GREAT CUSHIONIG, LIKED THE COLOR.I ORDERED A 7 1/2 4E. TRIED THEM ON AND SEEMED TO TIGHT ACROSS THETOE AREA. THEY HAD SENT ME A 7 1/2 XW WHICH IS NOT A 4E. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO SEE IF I COULD GET A 4E. THEY DONT MAKE THEM IN A 4E.SHOULDNT BE ON THE WEBSITE THINKING YOU ARE GETTING A 4E.I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK. VERY NICE SHOE BUT XW IS NOT A 4E.DREW ARE EXCELLENT SHOES IF YOU CAN GET THE WIDTH YOU NEED.THese are the only shoes I can wear for work. The width and the depth are perfect! I just wish they came in more "fun" colors. I am only in my 30's!I Returnet ,it did not have good coshedOnly tried the shoes for a minute. The fit just wasn't adequate.
